Dave Edit: Using a program included on the disc called 'master' and typing in the ip address and the password I can see the camera but it still does not show on the devices list in any open cam or other software so only that program on my pc will find it, therefore I cannot use the camera because it has to be hard wired via ethernet and nothing can see it. I have tried everything, even pushing its wps button which now has my router saying its connected wirelessly (it still didn't do anything so I connected via ethernet again and it now shows as being connected via both even after holding down the cameras reset button). There are no instructions at all except on the disc it has a user guide which has no trouble shooting guide and in screenshots from the guide it mentions it is a MayGion IP camera. I cannot access the ddns web address it lists on the cameras base, even when plugged in using the internet, if I ping the ip address my router allocated it then the ping is successful but I cannot type in the ip address to a web browser to visit it and try to access its web interface. I have bought this camera which identifies as an ID002-A on the cameras sticker but although it lights up, and my sky internet router shows it as having an ip address, it doesn't seem to exist.
