If your path isn't working but you're sure you did it right, try logging out and logging back in. If that works, you only messed up changing your path, if it doesn't work, try re-installing.
If that's the case, you can try typing in: (note the quotes). However, if it says: Then something went wrong. Follow the onscreen instructions to install macOS.
Open your Applications folder and double-click the macOS installer, named Install Version Name. This installs the macOS installer into your Applications folder. If gnupg gives you this: Then you're all done. pkg file, then follow the onscreen instructions.
From a command line (Start -> Run -> type 'cmd' -> OK), type gpg -version. You can also use your distribution’s package manager. This button only works with Discover and other AppStream application stores. It supports managing X.509 and OpenPGP certificates in the GpgSM keybox and retrieving certificates from LDAP servers. In order for this to take effect you must close any open command windows and start a new one. Kleopatra is a certificate manager and a universal crypto GUI. Click OK until you're out of the System dialog box. Choose 'Path', and select 'Edit', and to the very end of the value add C:Program FilesGnuPG (note the preceding semi-colon). Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables. Add the installation directory to your path so you may just type 'gpg' from a command line rather than 'C:Program FilesGnuPGgpg':.

Download the Windows installer from the GnuPG Download page. Note that if you have a previous installation of GnuPG that was done prior to the new installation, you should follow Enigmail's instructions for removing old GnuPG versions before proceeding.
